Boost calcium
By drinking milk, semi skimmed milk, eat small fish, canned fish, fruits etc. Calcium consumption should be boosted from young age throughout the life for strong bones. Moreover, adequate vitamin D is essential for effective calcium absorb, especially when calcium is insufficient.
Frequently doing exercise
Exercise should be done regularly, especially, under the light sunray. Lack of exercise leads to severe cancellous bone and loss of bone strength. Elders should take care of themselves twice more. Cancellous bone can occur from heredity risk at 80%. Menopause will reduce calcium metabolism which worsen cancellous bone disease. However, good dietary and frequent exercise will prevent cancellous bone disease.
